Acceptance of Terms

By using TranslationServices.pk, requesting a quote, uploading files, sending documents through WhatsApp, placing an order or contacting us for any service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

Our Services

TranslationServices.pk provides language services including certified translation, legal translation, document translation, immigration translation, business translation, medical translation, technical translation, website localization and interpreting services. Availability depends on language pair, subject, volume, deadline, format and translator or interpreter availability.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on documents, pages, word count, language pair, formatting, certification, deadline, service type and complexity. An initial estimate is not final until our team reviews the files and confirms the requirements.

• Urgent orders may carry additional charges.
• Poor scans, handwritten documents or complex formatting may require additional charges.
• If the client later adds extra pages or new instructions, the price may change.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed when the client accepts the price, deadline, language pair, service type and other requirements, and completes the required payment or advance payment. In some cases, full payment may be required before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, clear and complete information. This includes correct names, spellings as per passport or identity document, target country, institutional instructions, deadline, language pair, required format and clear files.

• Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information are the client’s responsibility.
• The client should share all institutional requirements before placing the order.
• If specific spellings of names or terms are required, they must be provided in advance.

Files and Documents

Clients may share files through the website, email or WhatsApp. Documents must be readable. If a file is blurred, cropped, incomplete or unclear, we may request an additional file or clarification.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is counted after order confirmation, payment completion, receipt of all files and clarification of required instructions. If the client provides files or information late, delivery time may be extended.

We make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines; however, delivery may be affected by unusual circumstances, technical issues, internet issues, power problems, illness, natural disasters, public holidays or delays from the client.

Urgent Orders

Urgent orders depend on availability. Two-hour, twenty-four-hour or any urgent deadline is confirmed only after approval by our team. Urgent work may cost more than standard work.

Revisions and Corrections

If there is a clear mistake, typo, formatting issue or deviation from provided instructions caused by us, we may provide a reasonable revision. Revision requests should be made within a reasonable time.

New instructions, additional pages, different format, change of purpose or information provided later by the client may be treated as new work and may require additional charges.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund decisions depend on order status, whether work has started, completed work, translator cost, urgent deadline, client instructions and relevant circumstances. If work has started or is completed, a refund may be limited or unavailable.

• Refund is not guaranteed if incorrect information was provided by the client.
• Cancellation should preferably be requested before work begins.
• Refund conditions may be more limited for urgent orders.

Certified Translation

Certified translation is prepared based on the documents provided by the client. We try to follow institutional instructions; however, acceptance by an embassy, court, university, government office or private organization cannot be fully guaranteed because each institution may have its own policy.

Interpreting Services

Interpreting services depend on interpreter availability, date, time, location, language, subject, session duration and preparation material. The client should clearly provide date, time, location, online link, topic and participant details.

Confidentiality

We handle client information and documents confidentially. Please see our Privacy Policy for details. The client is also responsible for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information unless it is required for the service.

Limitation of Liability

TranslationServices.pk aims to provide services with care and professional quality. However, we are not responsible for acceptance or rejection by any institution, visa decisions, legal outcomes, immigration decisions, business losses, unexpected effects of delays or decisions made by third parties.

Content and Rights

The website design, content, text, layout, pages and branding belong to TranslationServices.pk or are used under appropriate rights. You may not copy, publish or reuse our website content without permission.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted according to the laws of Pakistan. In case of any dispute, an attempt should first be made to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, the relevant jurisdiction shall be in Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of the website or services means that you accept the updated terms.
