Our office is located at Ground Floor, Computer Plaza, Service Road, Khanna East, near Ghauri Town VIP, Islamabad, Pakistan. We also provide online support for clients across Pakistan through WhatsApp, email and website forms.

Yes. While our office presence is in Islamabad, clients from Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad and other cities can send documents online and receive quotes through WhatsApp or email.

Yes. Many clients send documents on WhatsApp for quotation and initial review. For security and clarity, please send clear images or PDF files and mention the source language, target language, country, purpose and deadline.

Translation cost depends on language pair, document type, number of pages or words, formatting, certification requirement, urgency and subject complexity. A birth certificate may cost differently from a legal contract, medical report or technical manual. Please send your file to receive an accurate quote.

It depends on the document. Certificates and official documents are usually quoted per page or per document, while long documents, business content, websites and technical material may be quoted per word, per project or by complexity.

Urgent translation may cost more because it requires priority handling, faster assignment and quicker quality review. Availability depends on language pair, volume and deadline.

For most orders, payment or advance payment is required before work begins. Some urgent or certified translation orders may require full payment in advance.

Certified translation is a translation prepared for official use, usually with a certification statement, stamp or declaration depending on the required format. It may be needed for embassies, immigration, universities, courts, employers or government offices.

Embassy requirements vary by country, document type and application category. We try to follow the instructions provided by the client, but final acceptance depends on the embassy or receiving authority. Clients should share the exact requirements before ordering.

Yes. We provide translation support for visa, immigration, permanent residence, study visa, work visa, family sponsorship and embassy submission documents.

We aim to provide accurate translation according to the provided instructions, but acceptance by any court, embassy, government office or private institution depends on that authority’s own policies.

Yes. We can translate court documents, case papers, judgments, legal notices, affidavits, statements and related legal records, depending on language pair and document clarity.

Delivery time depends on document length, language pair, formatting, certification and urgency. Small certificates may be completed faster, while long legal, technical, medical or business documents require more time.

Same-day translation may be available for selected short documents and common language pairs. Availability must be confirmed after reviewing the file.

Translated files can be delivered by email, WhatsApp or another agreed method. If a printed or stamped copy is required, collection or delivery options can be discussed.

Yes. Documents are treated as confidential. Access is limited to authorized people involved in quotation, translation, review or client support. Please also review our Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Policy.

We can review PDF, JPG, PNG, Word, scanned documents and clear mobile photos. For best results, send clear, complete and readable files.

Yes. Clients may request deletion of documents or personal information, subject to legal, operational or record-keeping requirements.

Yes. We provide conference interpreting, legal interpreting, medical interpreting, business interpreting, remote interpreting, telephone interpreting and video interpreting, subject to language and interpreter availability.

Yes. Remote and video interpreting can be arranged for Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or other platforms, depending on language pair, date, time and topic.

Please share language pair, date, time, city or online link, meeting topic, expected duration, number of participants and any preparation material.

If there is a clear error, typo, formatting issue or deviation from provided instructions caused by us, a reasonable revision may be provided. New instructions or additional content may require additional charges.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. If work has already started or been completed, a refund may be limited or unavailable. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

Office hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. WhatsApp messages are accepted 24 hours, but replies are checked periodically during working hours.
