Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for translation and interpreting services.
General Policy
Each order is unique, therefore refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
When Refunds May Be Available
- Work has not yet started.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- We are unable to provide the service.
When Refunds Are Generally Not Available
- The translation has been completed.
- Work has already started.
- Incorrect information was provided by the client.
- Urgent services have already been delivered.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Certified Translation
Acceptance by an embassy, court or institution cannot be guaranteed, therefore rejection by a third party does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Interpreting Services
Cancellation fees may apply once interpreter time has been reserved.
